Refund or exchange of UNWORN product gladly accepted within 14 days of online purchase accompanied with original sales receipt. Please contact us before the end of 14 days at 1-866-956-2272. Warranty against manufacturer defects within 6 months of original purchase with original sales receipt.

Return Shipping Policy:
Returned merchandise may be shipped back to Traxx Footwear at the customers expense. Returns/ exchanges must be unworn and in its original box; the original shoebox must be undamaged to qualify for a return (we realize that damage to the box may occur in shipping but please make an effort to protect the box and do not apply tape directly to it).
