Online Return Policy:

Returns/ exchanges must be unworn, in resale condition and in its original shoe box.  The original shoebox must be undamaged to qualify for a return (we realize that damage to the box may occur in shipping but please make an effort to protect the box and do not apply a label or tape directly to it). 

There will be a $5 re-boxing fee applied to returns that do not wrap the box in an effort to keep it in re-sellable condition.

PLEASE NOTE: Returned item(s) must be shipped back within 14 days of pick-up or delivery. 

Merchandise may be shipped for return/ exchange/ or store credit to Traxx Footwear at the customer's expense.

Once your return is received, we will process it promptly and contact you via e-mail.

Credit card returns may take up to 4-6 business days to appear on billing statement.  Please contact your credit card issuer if you require additional refund information.

United States Return Procedure:

If you wish to return your item(s) please follow this international return protocol to avoid incurring duties. Any duties incurred as a result of not following this protocol will be charged to the customer.

Please ship using USPS (United States Postal Service). Note: Fedex and UPS will charge duties.

Canadian goods returned for refund or exchange after a commercial sale are exempt from duties and taxes. To effectively identify and facilitate the processing of such items it is important that the shipper identify the items as "Repair/Warranty" on the CN22/CN23, alongside the merchandise description. Please assign a customs value of $5/item.
