Regular-priced items are eligible for a refund or exchange within a 14-days of purchase, provided they remain unworn and are returned with the original sales receipt.


Warranty against manufacturer defects within 6 months of original purchase with original sales receipt.

Online Return Policy:

Returns/ exchanges must be unworn in new condition with original shoe box. 

To be eligible for a return, the original shoebox must remain intact. While we understand that the box may sustain damage during shipping, we ask that you take measures to safeguard it. Please refrain from affixing labels or tape directly onto the shoebox.

$5 re-boxing fee will be applied to returns that do not wrap the box in an effort to keep it in re-sellable condition.

United States Return Procedure:

To return your item(s), please adhere to the international return guidelines to prevent any duties. Should you not comply with these guidelines, any duties incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

Ship using USPS (United States Postal Service). Note: Fedex and UPS will charge duties.

Canadian goods returned for refund or exchange after a commercial sale are exempt from duties and taxes. To effectively identify and facilitate the processing of such items it is important that the shipper identify the items as "Repair/Warranty" on the CN22/CN23, alongside the merchandise description.  Assign a customs value of $5/item.
